ART FOR THE WORLD FOOD DAY:
2° SOWING FROM A DISTANCE
Arte da mangiare mangiare Arte invites you to SUPPORT World Food Day by joining our project of Sowing.
The event, which has been carried out for 5 years at Società Umanitaria in Milan, is spreading now on the WEB, in order to reach a great number of supporters all over the world and create an international network.
The event is aimed at raising public awareness on the topics of FOOD FOR THE BODY but also for the MIND.
Arte da Mangiare Mangiare Arte is now in its eighteenth year and manifests itself through the world of the artists who move in cultural and creative pathways on the social.
WHAT IS SOWING FROM A DISTANCE
It's a simple gesture which represents the sowing of personal life projects or Intensions (works in which someone is engaged or feelings we want to grow, etc...) made with real seeds, poems, phrases, illustrations or symbolic objects... A performative act to celebrate the World Food Day.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
Anyone can PARTICIPATE IN THE SOWING wherever they are located, all that's necessary is to communicate your participation, you can find the form to fill and send to us email address: info@artedamangiare.it, segreteria@artedamangiare.it. All the performances will be posted on our website: www.artedamangiare.it.
HOW TO PROMOTE SOWING FROM A DISTANCE
You can post your performance on blog and social network, extend the invitation to your contacts
A SPECIAL SOWING
will be held in preview on 12 october at European Parliament Information Office in Italy, in the enchanting location "Leonardo's gardens"" at Palazzo delle Stelline, C.so Magente 59 Milan, with some Members of European Parliament.
Through this collective act of sharing we want to sow PEACE.
Sowing can be done anywhere in the world from August 1 antill December 20.
